There are over 2000 species of nudibranch and the common names varies in different continent around the world. Here, I use common names or species (sp.).
Nudibranch are small reef creatures or sea slugs that lives on algae. In turn, they are food to bigger fish such groupers and sometime, themselves. Non poisonous and defenceless, they rely on their colours to scare away predators.
Fringing reefs and submerge reef nearby coastal areas are normally where you can find lots of nudibranch. Mabul island, heaven for muck diving, nearby to the world reknown Sipadan is a location where divers enjoy a diverse species of nudibranch.

All images are captured using Canon cameras over the years of my diving. I welcome divers to add images here.
